My Charity Work
I have been actively involved in supporting Action for AT. This is a charity to fund medical research to speed up the process of identifying a cure for Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T) or treatments that delay or prevent the disabling effects of this devastating childhood condition.

Since 2012 they have invested more than £1,700,000 in 27 A-T related research projects around the world which offer hope to the families living with this devastating condition. This has only been possible thanks to all the generous support both they and I receive doing my various sporting events.
In 2016 I took on my own triple challenge to help raise funds for Action for A-T, involving my participation in LEJOG, Ironman Wales, and organising kids Triathlon events. Read how I got on by visiting the news article the Triple Challenge.
