Christmas mixed sports & swimming lessons 2024:

COURSE PROGRAMME

The programme consist of;

• Daily swimming lessons
• Speed, agility and quickness (SAQ training) required for all sports
• Self confidence, balance, coordination and team building
• Netball skills and game play
• Football skills and game play
• Rugby skills
• Children will be taught in differentiated groups depending on the ability and skill level
• First aiders will be present throughout the day
• Drinks & snacks will be available but parents are asked to provide their children with additional refreshments & a packed lunch
• NO NUTS

TYPICAL TIME TABLE 

10.00 - 10.15   DROP-OFF & registration
10.15 - 10.45   warm-up, SAQ and games
10.45 - 11.45   session 1. Swimming lesson
11.45 - 12.00   BREAK
12.00 - 12.45   session 2. netball/ football skills
12.45 - 13.30  LUNCH

13.30 - 14.15  session 3. Fun indoor games

14.14 -15.00  coached games          

15.00              HOME
