COURSE PROGRAMME
The programme consist of;
- Speed, agility and quickness (SAQ training) required for all sports
- Self confidence, balance, coordination and team building
- Netball skills and game play
- Girls will be taught in differentiated groups depending on the ability and skill level
- All activities will be coached by qualified instructors who have current CRB checks
- First aiders will be present throughout the day
- Drinks & snacks will be available but parents are asked to provide their children with additional refreshments & a packed lunch
- NO NUTS
