Weekly training sessions have started!

Meet on Clapham Common by the bandstand.

XFitness is an awesome way of training.

XFitness combines both cardiovascular and strength training, using every part of your body.

XFitness is not circuit training. The only person you are competing against is yourself.

• Each week there will be a different programme to follow. This stops the body getting used to one type of programme.

• If you want to get fit fast, come join us on Clapham Common, EVERY TUESDAY!

• Everyone welcome regardless of fitness levels. Don't worry, there
are always 3 levels to choose from!
