Fun XFitness: 7pm - 8pm/8.15pm
Weekly training sessions have started!
Meet on Clapham Common by the bandstand.
• XFitness is an awesome way of training.
• XFitness combines both cardiovascular and strength training, using every part of your body.
• XFitness is not circuit training. The only person you are competing against is yourself.
• Each week there will be a different programme to follow. This stops the body getting used to one type of programme.
• If you want to get fit fast, come join us on Clapham Common, EVERY TUESDAY!
• Everyone welcome regardless of fitness levels. Don't worry, there are always 3 levels to choose from!
