One-off health and fitness profile (compulsory)

A one-off health and fitness profile includes:

  • Pre-training assessment & health test consultation
  • Complete a health questionnaire and profile
  • Discuss fitness goals, health & lifestyle and targets
  • Health Assessment including; 
  • Heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Weight
  • Height and fitness tests

A fitness programme will then be designed for you to ensure you see real results and at the same time have enjoyable sessions. Your programme will be constantly reviewed.

Nutrition consultation sessions

Your diet will be analysed and a detailed assessment will be carried out. This will ensure you are provided with the correct advice and guidance to enable you to achieve your dietary goals.

These can be tailored to suit your requirements.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. The TRX is an outstanding piece of equipment that will allow you to conduct a seemingly endless amount of different exercises to work each part of your body.

Time: 1 hour

Kettle bell technique and instruction

You will be taught the main movements and learn the correct technqiues to perform the kettlebell exercises in a safe and effective manner. You will get a full body workout, train the other half of your muscles not usually worked, work your hips, get a grip, develop strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.... all while having great fun!

Time: 1 hour

Fighting fit packages

Various techniques of kick boxing; including punching, kicking, ducking and weaving. To include bag and pad work, which is a challenging but enjoyable workout. Intense cardiovascular training session which burns up to 1100 calories an hour.

Packages - pregnancy, bridal, beach body & ski fit packages

I can also design specific packages for you, whether you are going skiing/snowboarding, getting married, having a baby, have just had a baby, marathon training or triathlons! getting married There are many pressures and stresses involved with getting married. Whether its weight-loss you are interested in or getting fit for your big day, Gayle Vickers Personal Training can help and advice you though the journey. These packages will include intensive training and nutritional advice to ensure you are in tip-top condition for your particular event/day. Terms and Conditions


I am totally committed to helping you achieve your goals and I ask for the same level of commitment from you to ensure that for your time, effort and money you get the results you want.

In order to achieve these goals clients who receive a discount for block purchasing must be prepared to train with me at least once a week.

All personal training sessions last 60 minutes and outdoor sessions take place during any weather.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of it becoming necessary for a client to cancel or postpone an appointment, every effort will be made to re-schedule the session at no extra cost provided that at least 24 hours notice is given.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee will be payable.

Timekeeping Policy

If the client is late for the session the session will only run for the remaining amount of the booked appointment time. However, should I arrive late, then with the client's agreement the time will be added onto that session (providing it does not conflict with my other appointments) or onto a future session.

Payment and Refunds Policy

All payments are due in advance and are non-negotiable. I accept cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. All payments are non-refundable and expire after 10 weeks.
