I wanted help to get back into shape, improve my fitness and tone up after having my baby. I wanted to train outside as I do not enjoying going to a gym.

Sessions are hard but Gayle motivates me and we have fun! I can now fit back into my skinny jeans.

Gayle was my personal trainer in the months up to my wedding and she was brilliant. I don't find exercise easy but she found out the things I enjoyed, and motivated me to lose weight and tone up in a way I hadn't thought possible, and all whilst having fun. She had great knowledge about weight management and diet, and was patient and understanding with me, whilst keeping me focused on my training and weight loss goals. I'd really recommend her positive and enjoyable approach.

I decided to do personal training after putting on nearly 4 stone when pregnant with my son Henry! As soon as I met Gayle I felt instantly relaxed, she is very easy to get along with and doesn't make you feel in any way conscious of your wobbly bits. Since I started training with Gayle around 8 weeks ago I have lost weight and toned up considerably, I am getting lots of compliments and I'm feeling much more like the pre baby me. I really enjoy all my sessions with Gayle and would definitely recommend her very highly indeed.
