Join us on Sunday, June 28th at Guildford Lido for a special charity swim in support of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. Adults will swim 100 lengths (5 km) in this beautiful 50-metre pool, either solo or in teams. Children will swim in teams, each taking on their own exciting race. Raising money for Shooting Star Children’s Hospice Hydrotherapy Pool
Shooting Star Children’s Hospices supports over 650 children and families each year. Their hydrotherapy pool, once new, now needs modernisation. The pool offers vital physical therapy, joy, and freedom for children who can’t swim elsewhere. Over 300 sessions happen each year. A fundraising target of £15,000 will help keep this crucial resource open.
