Dive into energising sessions that blend swim drills, technique, speed, and endurance, all while having lots of fun. Swimmers can choose to wear a wetsuit or swim without one. Perfect for all abilities, these sessions will keep you active, learning, and enjoying outdoor swimming throughout the winter months!

Sessions are running from the beginning of October until the end of November. With sessions at 10am on Thursdays and 9am on Saturdays.
