Monday Swimming at Cranmore School

Sharpen your fitness, in preparation for the summer with our collection of 5 swimming sessions at Cranmore School. Each session will have a unique set, created for you by Head Coach Gayle Vickers. Get all the benefits from Swimming with others while following a structured set. Only space for four people.

Gayle's classes have the rare combo of being fun AND getting you to go faster. Too often when we exercise we forget it needs to be fun! And the freestyle course I did this summer did both those things for me. I am going to keep coming back!
